Mmm, these look so good. Makes me drool. Always wanted to try to make scones. If I do, this will be the recipe to go for.
I crave for curry a lot but I’m kind of tired of Indian curry. Thai green curry might be just what I need. And this paste will make it easy to whip up a quick curry dish whenever I feel the craving.
The Breggfastanator…Double Down…Sandwich…Thingy…
It’s frittata sandwiched between two potato pancakes, inspired by KFC’s Double Down. I’m not sure if this one is a much healthier choice but it looks more appealing to me than the Double Down.
An Ecuadorian friend made some chimichurri sauce to go with some “gourmet” burger he was making us one summer. The “gourmet” burger was so artery-clogging but I rather enjoyed the chimichurri sauce.

They’re called Kbeibat (كبيبات) and looks yummy! Who knew that dumplings also belong to the Middle Eastern cuisine. I’ve tackled gyoza before. Might have to tackle these soon.
